ChatGPT can generate a variety of polished outputs. Here’s a quick overview of the most useful formats for your work:

• Email – Include a clear subject, greeting, body and call‑to‑action. Perfect for follow‑ups, introductions and status updates.
• Document – Use headings, paragraphs and lists for proposals, meeting agendas and one‑pagers.
• Spreadsheet – Ask ChatGPT to create rows and columns for tracking leads, commissions or simple analyses.
• HTML App – Generate interactive landing pages, calculators or mini‑games for fun or for demonstration purposes.

Capturing Your Voice

Feed ChatGPT a few of your own emails. Ask it to analyse your tone and style, then use the resulting description to guide future outputs. When asking for emails, request multiple subject lines, both short and standard versions of the email, and an optional P.S. for extra flourish.
